Every time I try Magentic it works for a few minutes or longer but it always goes to a blank white screen and I have to restart the computer but it always goes back to white screen. Is there any way to fix this? I love Magentic.

Try getting the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, but this is a well-known bug of Magentic and I don't think there is much you can do about it. Contact Incredimail and report the white screen bug by using the following form http://www.magentic.com/contact_form.aspx?report=b

You receive the blank file because the installation package may be corrupted. In addition, this error may occur if Magentic is not be able to connect to IncrediMail servers. Open Task Manager pressing Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination and click the Processes tab. Locate the Magentic application and press End Process button. Uninstall the software using its uninstaller and download and install a new copy from the official web page.
This error occurs, because the installation package is corrupted. I suggest you to delete it and to download and install a new copy from the official web page. Click the Download Magnetic button, save the file to your computer and install the application. Also, make sure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements:

In order to fix the problems, remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and reboot the PC. After that, download and install its latest version from the official web page. Also, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install its latest drivers from the developer's website. Next, I recommend you configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the software to communicate.
